We are Émilie & Julien Martinat, distillers in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Our workshop follows the rhythm of the sun, the seasons, and local traditions.

Meanwhile, our pastis, liqueurs, and eaux-de-vie Martinat are all stories of Provence : unique, vibrant, and sincere.

Martinat spirits are crafted from naturally sourced plants and spices, mainly of regional origin.

Every step — maceration, distillation, blending, and bottling — is carried out by us in our Distillerie des Alpilles workshop in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in the heart of the Alpilles.
